El Centro

Yesterday I visited the center of Santiago and learned quite a lot about Chilean seafood, which as it turns out is delicious, and a bit about the country’s history and architecture as well.  The center is certainly the most chaotic part of the city I’ve been to so far – a mix of religious and folk tradition with modern globalized commerce, as well as people from every age group and social class.  I imagine this place would never look the same twice.
